You Have More Skills Than You Think is a digital product delivered after payment through Payhip.
Problems with access or the file
If your download link does not arrive, the file is damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact support using your Payhip receipt or the seller contact option on the product page. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore access or provide a working copy.
Refund requests
Because access to a digital product is normally provided immediately, refund requests are reviewed individually. Include the order email, transaction details, and reason for the request. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applies under mandatory law in your location.
Duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact support promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.
